RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal can be exercised without any penalty and without having to specify the reason, provided that no customizations have been applied or the return will not be possible. It can be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods and can be exercised by sending a letter by registered letter with return receipt or by email to sales@lafilledesfleurs.it (provided that there is confirmation by registered letter within 48 hours) to headquarters of the seller or GMP Sas - Via Trani, 187 - 76121 Barletta (BT), in the 10 days following the delivery of the goods.
The goods must be returned within the same term or at the same time.
To exercise the withdrawal it is essential that the goods are intact and that the object has the original packaging, with all the tags.
The sole costs of returning the goods are charged to the consumer. The price paid will be refunded within 30 days following the return of the goods, including delivery costs.
(The right of withdrawal is excluded for any customized products.)


The security thread on items that are returned must not be cut or broken. The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE AND / or REFUND
In case of exercising the right of return for exchange of non-personalized goods, the procedure to be followed is as follows:
1. Write an email to sales@lafilledesfleurs.it within 2 days of receipt of the product describing the reasons that led to the opening of the return procedure.
2. Follow the return procedure procedures as per the communication received from our customer service.
3. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags affixed.
Remember that you can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order. We will only replace or refund items returned according to the instructions. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
The return of the product must take place within 48 hours following receipt of the email received from our customercare with the methods to be followed (the date indicated on the postmark or on the courier's transport document will prevail).
The return will be handled within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the goods returned to our warehouse. The outcome of the same will be communicated within the same term (acceptance with replacement of the product or refund in case of impossibility of replacement). Refunds are made by bank transfer or Paypal refund.
The costs of returning the product for exchanges are charged to the customer. In the event of a change of goods, the shipment of the new product to the customer is free in Italy for one time only (excluding the smaller islands, the Venice lagoon and Sardinia).
(Note: if you have taken advantage of any discounts at the time of purchase, the free shipping costs of sending the new replacement product are no longer valid. In this case, a contribution of € 10 will be required in Italy, and € 12 for the areas at special rate in Italy)
