RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal may be exercised, provided that no customizations have been applied or returns are not possible. It can be exercised within 14 days of receiving the goods and can be exercised by sending an email to sales@lafilledesfleurs.it.
The item must be returned within 48 hours of receiving the email or at the same time.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is essential that the goods are intact and that the item is in its original packaging, complete with all tags.
The customer is solely responsible for the return shipping costs. The price paid will be refunded within 5 business days of the return of the goods, excluding shipping costs.

The security thread on returned items must not be cut or broken. Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered and must not show any signs of use. Shoe soles must be in perfect condition and free of any marks.

RETURN AND METHODS
If you wish to exercise your right of return for the exchange of non-personalized goods, the procedure to follow is as follows:
1. Write an email to sales@lafilledesfleurs.it within 5 days of receiving the product, describing the reasons that led to the return procedure.
2. Follow the return procedure as per the communication received from our customer service via email.
3. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached and without any signs of use.
Please note that you can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order. We will only exchange or refund items returned according to the instructions. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
The product must be returned within 48 hours of receiving the email from our customer care team with the instructions (the date indicated on the postmark or on the courier's delivery note will be considered valid).
Returns will be processed within 3-4 business days of receiving the returned goods at our warehouse. The outcome of the return (acceptance with replacement or refund if an exchange is not possible) will be communicated within the same timeframe. Refunds are made via bank transfer or PayPal refund.
The costs of returning the product for exchanges are borne by the customer.
(N.B.: If you have taken advantage of any discounts at the time of purchase, the free shipping costs for the new replacement product will no longer apply.)

A fee of €10 will be required in Italy and €15 on the islands to be deducted from the refund. The sums paid for the outward shipment will not be refunded.

FREE SHIPPING AND PARTIAL RETURNS
Free shipping is only valid if the final order, after any returns, maintains a value equal to or greater than €100.
In the event of a partial return that reduces the order value below €100, the benefit of free shipping will expire: the initial shipping cost will therefore be withheld or charged.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times indicated on the website (e.g., 3–4 business days) are indicative and non-binding , unless otherwise expressly stated. We always do our best to meet these times, but delays may occur due to force majeure (e.g., strikes, weather events, courier congestion, peak seasons).

Delays not attributable to the seller
Any delays in delivery not directly attributable to La Fille des Fleurs do not automatically give the right to free withdrawal or reimbursement of shipping costs.

In case of delay, the customer has the right to:

  1. Request delivery within a reasonable additional time , as provided for by art. 61 of the Consumer Code.

  2. Only if this additional deadline is also not met, the customer will be able to terminate the contract and obtain a refund of the amount paid.
    In this case, if the delay is not attributable to the seller (e.g. courier strikes), the cost of the return will remain the responsibility of the customer .

Force majeure
We are not responsible for any delays due to external or unforeseeable causes, such as strikes, exceptional weather events, national or international logistics blockages, or courier disruptions.
