Delivery status
At the time of shipment, the customer will receive an informative e-mail from our customer service and from the courier directly.
The cost of shipping in Italy is € 5.00, free from € 50.00.

The only data valid for shipping purposes will be those indicated in the copy of the order for which the customer is required to check all the data contained in the copy of the order that he will receive via email.

Timing of evasion
Orders will be processed within 4 working days of payment confirmation. In the case of payment by bank transfer, order processing will take longer.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, with the following hours: 8.30 - 13.30 / 15.00 - 18.30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning. Finally, if made on a public holiday, they will be processed starting from the following working day.
Authorized Shipment Delivery
Upon delivery of the products, the customer is required to carefully inspect the envelope or package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. If, for any reason, the package should arrive tampered with or if the envelope sticker is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, the customer is requested to immediately report the incident to the local courier office and to contact us by sending an email to address sales@Lafilledesfleurs.it
